2. Description of Services

US Business Formation LLC provides a platform that facilitates business formation and related corporate services.

• Business Formation & Registered Agent Services: We act as an intermediary/middleman. We coordinate with third-party registered agents and state agencies to file your business formation documents. We are NOT a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice.
• In-House Services: Website development, domain registration, and business email services are provided directly by US Business Formation LLC and our designated technical partners.

3. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. Fees include our service fees and third-party fees (such as state filing fees). All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Formation Services: Once a filing has been submitted to the state agency, no refunds can be issued for state filing fees or our service fees related to that filing.

Subscription Services: Annual registered agent and business email services may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions are generally not provided unless required by law.

Web Development: For custom web development projects, the refund policy will be specified in the individual project agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all filings and registrations. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, US Business Formation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
